US President Donald Trump has threatened to slap a 20 per cent tariff on all European cars if the European Union doesn't drop new taxes on US imports. This week the EU imposed tariffs on US products including denim jeans and bourbon in response to the Trump Administration's decision on steel and aluminium trade.
