[ Family ] Open Question : What do you do if you think your brother has an innapropiate sexual attraction towards you?

Were both adults and he lives downstairs from me and he thinks that just because he found me an apartment that he can violate my personal space, he's kicked my door really hard when I wouldn't let him in, he stares at me a lot, when were kids he would give me lots of unwanted touching, he wants to be around me every second of his life, I don't what to do, I'm on social security disability, so I have nowhere I can really go, but he makes uncomfortable enough to want to kill myself, I'm going crazy, somebody please help
