July 31, 2018. Hawthorn vice-captain Liam Shiels, in Melbourne, speaks ahead of his side’s Saturday afternoon clash at the MCG with archrivals Essendon. Shiels says the older players on the team try to educate the younger Hawks on the rivalry between the teams but “I think this week is just a massive game for both club so I think it’s going to be a highlight of the round”.
