I have a small open wound on my bikini line where i formerly had an in grown hair. the cut has been there for about a week but it recently started to look more like an open sore. there is no pus and it does not bleed. I don’t have and sti or any other sort of illness that needs medication that would lead to this. I am worried because it can’t properly dry out like a cut should so it isn’t closing. How can i make it heal?
