Matcham has always been one of the Central Coast’s top performing suburbs, and in recent times it has continued on its winning streak. A recent report from realestate.com indicated that homes in Matcham increased by an average of $645,000 in the past year - a whopping eight times higher than the average full-time Australian wage of $81,531.
