I just recently started going to the gym and I am currently trying to loose 15 pounds from 125. My recommended calorie intake is 1250 and I’ve been doing good but once in a while I’ll go over 400 calories or so. Because of that I try to burn off what I went over but I just want to make sure it will still work when it comes to loosing weight.
