US President Donald Trump has rejected calls to temporarily fully open the federal government and end the longest US government shutdown in history. The partial shutdown is heading into its fourth week with no signs of reopening . President Trump has rejected any federal budget that does not include any border wall funding, saying he 'won't move an inch' on his demands.
