i watched this movie maybe 5 years ago, it was about a woman who had 3 sons and she was asked to watch one girl or something along those lines, but she hated women so she tied her up in the basement, at one point one of the boys came down and gave her a jar with water in it for her to drink. once when the mom caught the boys she started calling the girl disgraceful names and told the boys not to go down there anymore. i think at one point the mom also cut off all the girls hair. (the girl was blonde i'm pretty sure) thanks! (it’s not an american crime or the girl next door)
