A few years ago, I really started screwing up my posture, but I want to fix it now. When standing up against a wall, my lower back is curved inward and not touching the wall. The middle back is touching while half of the upper back and neck are sticking out. My butt is pretty big for a guy, and it sticks out like crazy. What are some excersises that I could do to make my posture normal?
