LOOK: SM Supermalls Introduces their Very Own Robot

SM Supermalls is always at the forefront of customer service and as a part of their efforts to improve malling experience, they are introducing a series of innovations.

 

Launched last March 28, SM Supermalls introduced SAM- an artificial intelligent (AI) humanoid robot to help customers while they are at different SM Malls. SAM is programmed to deliver a smoother, more personalized and efficient customer service.

Seen in other countries, robots are changing how we all live and making our lives easier.

“Innovation is what SM strives for in providing better customer service to all and we are proud to introduce our latest innovation yet,” said Steven Tan, SM Supermalls COO.
“SAM is easy to approach and has answers to almost everything SM mall related, making shopping more seamless and fun for our customers.”

So if you are lost or looking for a specific store, SAM can be of help. It will soon be available at other SM malls to help you with directions, mall information, deals, promos, and events.

Aside from being able to greet and help you while you shop, dine and relax, SAM is also available at the SM Supermalls Facebook Page where it serves as a 24/7 online concierge.

SAM was created in partnership with Cal-Comp Technology Philippines who is also at the forefront of electronic design manufacturing.

You can now see SAM at SM Megamall’s Mega Atrium, Mega Fashion Hall or Bank Drive.
