Narendra Modi has secured a second five-year term as India's prime minister following a landslide victory for his Hindu Nationalist BJP. Meanwhile, his main rival Rahul Gandhi, of the opposition Congress Party, lost not only the election, but also his parliamentary seat. We speak to Subir Sinha, an Indian politics expert at SOAS, University of London about a result which he says no one could have predicted.
