[ Adolescent ] Open Question : Period or Pregnancy bleeding at 13 weeks?

yes, I've posted this many times.I can't afford to be pregnant. I know I'm not responsible enough to have sex.I'm a virgin no vaginal/oral/anal/manual, or dry sex. I have not been naked in front of a male. this began March 23, that day I recall making out for a while. My fear is that I might've touched pre-*** that passed through his underwear and jeans and touched myself with it.t if I touched it, it wasn't intentional and didn't notice if I had it in my hand. I tested for pregnancy 2 weeks after negative.I waited for my next period. April 18, it was a week early, 4 days long, and light. It was vibrant red and needed a pad so I wouldn't stain. 4 days later tested negative. Every week I tested, negative.May went without a period but the tests showed negative despite my period being late. I got a "faint line" or I think I showed it to my bf, his mom/sister, and a friend's mom who studies radiology and all said there wasn't a line. May 28-30 I wiped with my finger in the morning to check and got clear discharge so it might've been ovulation.I predicted my period would've been on June 13 but ended up bleeding June 12.The bleeding was a Vibrant red, I did stain myself day one and I needed a pad for 3 days. Yesterday and today I've been checking my cervix and got some slight blood. Was it a period or pregnancy bleeding at 13 weeks?I didn't feel any symptoms except breast tenderness before the bleeding.I Tried going to a clinic on my own but they couldn't attend me as I'm underage.
