[ Air Travel ] Open Question : Middle name on airline ticket but not on my passport!?

So i booked a flight with a ticket agency and when booked i wasn’t asked for any type of documents like passport etc anyways when i got home i realized that on my passport my middle name wasn’t on there but when booking my flight i gave my first obviously and middle and last but my passport only has my first and last all my other documents like ID’s and birth certificate has everything as it should but the only thing that is missing my middle is my passport I’m flying to Mexico and i don’t want to have any trouble with this i spoke to the airline agency and said nothing could be done but that there shouldn’t be a problem since other documents show my full name and to have them handy just in case i need to proof something. Has anyone had this issue before? I’m freakin out
