[ Family ] Open Question : What age is normal for kids to move out?

My daughter is 23 and still lives with me. I have told her 18 is normal age to move out. When I was young we moved out even younger than that. If I could do it then she can too, but she argues and insists that it's not the same. Obviously it is the same. 18 is the normal age to move out, correct? She does not have her license yet, has not bought a car yet, and is at a community college getting a cosmetology degree. she just got her associates degree yet she claims she cannot find a good job. There are jobs everywhere but her current job only pays about 200$ a month.
