I’m going to be brief. My boyfriend has always had an excessive amount of Smegma buildup under his foreskin and I don’t know if it’s because he doesn’t care about his hygiene or what, but it’s seriously a major turn off and I would like to know a polite way to tell him to clean his region thoroughly, without hurting his feelings.
