[ Primary & Secondary Education ] Open Question : Can someone explain my legal options for my education?

I am 14 years old, going into high school. I currently go to a private school which I would continue to attend but I got accepted into an out-of-district art school. My dad pays for the private school. My parents are currently separated into different parts of the county since I was 3. My mom is dead set against letting me go and refuses to even talk about it. My dad is on my side and wants me to go. My dad wants to start to refuse to pay tuition for my current school. But hes scared she'll still refuse and want to send me to my in-district school, which my dad will NOT do. What are my legal options? what do I do to go to art school? The school needs my answer by Monday so I need something quick enough
