So I’ve always been more or less regular with my periods minus a day or two I’ve had my period for 6 years now and been regular for at least 4. I started a much heavier exercise routine in January and have in the last month upped the amount I’m doing by a couple of runs a week. However I’ve come on to my period 12 days early, it’s impossible for me to be pregnant but just wondering if this is anything to be worried about or if anyone has an idea why my cycle is changing ? Thanks.
