[ Singles & Dating ] Open Question : Should I believe my ex or my boyfriend ?

So me and my ex work together and we are very close friends we tell each other absolutely everything and we’ve been through a lot together but even though things ended badly between us ( he had really strong feelings for me but I didn’t feel the same and after a few months of awkwardness we eventually got over it and he is now in a relationship with someone else and so am I but we’re still best friends). So anyways he told me he saw my boyfriend out walking with another girl he said he was certain it was him and that he was with some blonde girl but when I asked my boyfriend he denied it and said it wasn’t true but I’m just so confused and don’t know what to think. I completely trust my boyfriend and now he would never cheat but I don’t know why my ex would say he seen him walking with some girl but then my boyfriend said he didn’t. My boyfriend thinks my ex could be lying to try and cause problems in our relationship as he believes my ex still has feelings for me and that he would drop his current girlfriend for me. But I don’t think he still has feelings for me, why else would he have a girlfriend if he had feelings for me. Who should I believe ?
