[ Abuse and Spam ] Open Question : Getting email in my spam i cant block because the block button is not there when i try to go to block the email?

I have to manaully type out the email address into the block list in settings because the block button is just not there? How and why is that possible an email in my spam has no block button on it? Some of the emails in my spam folder I can block. and recently a few arent blockable because the block button isn't there now I cant block anymore emails in my spam folder. why did the block button disappear from the dropdown menu??? the 3 horizontal dots all i can do is delete it.
