I purchased a 2007 car with 88k miles (exempt) from an auction. When the paperwork arrived the miles were listed as 225k on the title. I bought an autocheck and nothing appeared regarding odometer rollback. After further research the car was at the same auctions a couple months prior with 225k miles. They were aware about the miles being rolled back. What can I do about this fraud since I need my money back?
