[ Law & Ethics ] Open Question : I have a warrent please help?

I found a cell phone in a sex store it was sitting on a shelf i had it in my hand the whole time I was in the store after purchasing my items I left and took my the phone to T-Mobile since it was a T-Mobile phone they told me they would reach the owner . 2 days go by and I get a random call from a police officer sayin I stole someone’s phone I explained I found it at the store an took it to T-Mobile he informed me it was an employees phone at the sex shop. He ask me to go get the phone so I did and I returned it 2 months go by and I get a warrent in the mail for larceny under 100$ What’s gonna happen ???
