I live in an apartment complex where we have an underground garage. Someone has been messing with my car. The complex will do nothing. I'm thinking of putting black shoe polish on my side-view mirror, so whenever the culprit tries anything again, he'll ruin his clothes. What will deliver the message? Will black shoe polish ruin the casing to my side-view mirror?
