[ Parenting ] Open Question : Should fathers and male caregivers be warned that they are potential pedophiles or kidnappers?

My sister is 12 years older than me. She works full time. Ever since my nephew was born, I was basically his babysitter. All these years, I've been the one taking him to daycare, kinder garten, the park, and many other places. One thing I'm used to by now, is that all men are potential pedophiles or kidnappers. Every place I'm take my nephew to, I get a background check on me before I can pick him up. There are some places like parks and pizza places that don't allow a kid to have a male companion, only female ones. It's funny. If I were really a kidnapper, I would know that If I wanted to kidnap a kid, I needed to hire a woman to do it. Any woman can just go to a daycare center, park, or kinder garten, make up some story, and they'll let her walk away with a kid. Should father and male caregivers be warned that they will be viewed and treated as pedophiles?
