[ Pregnancy ] Open Question : How accurate is a doctor urine pregnancy test sample 4 days before a missed period?

How accurate do you think a urine pregnancy sample is before your missed period? So I went to a small clinic for some issues and they also gave me a pregnancy test that came back negative. Should I go by that? You think it’s accurate? I’m on the patch so I know exactly when I’m going to get my period I’m supposed to start on Sunday I haven’t been drinking etc because there was a chance I could be pregnant but I wonder if maybe I’m now on in the clear? I know I will forsure find out Sunday but I’m impatient lol
