Surveillance videos released by the Dayton Police Department show police taking down the alleged suspect, 24-year-old Connor Betts, outside Ned Peppers Bar in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl said the suspect was taken down 30 seconds after he opened fire.
