[ Women's Health ] Open Question : Bleeding but no pain during sex?

Sorry, this will be lengthy. Recently, I have been experiencing heavy bleeding in the middle of sex. The first time this happened, my vulva felt a raw-pain and I assume the bleeding might've been due to where it was hurting. Afterwards, I got a yeast infection in which I treated with Monistat 7. Then, I got my period. I basically went 2 weeks without having sex, and waited a bit longer before I felt like my hoo-ha was ready. 2 weeks pass, I had sex again. It didn't hurt at all during, but I started bleeding, a lot. I went to pee and it burnt the first pee, but within each pee, it hurt less and less until there was no pain anymore. Waited a couple days, tried again. It started bleeding a lot again but there was no pain at all while peeing. Before all the bleeding actually happened, after sex and when I wiped, there would be dried clots of blood on the toilet paper. However, now there are no dried clots but literally heavy bleeding - and would maintain there for half the day. It would be faint red on the toilet paper, and rarely I see small clots of blood in the toilet. What is going on? Thanks in advance.
