Two people have died and several others are injured after a stabbing at a popular restaurant in Belgium. Local media reports a woman and her daughter have been wounded by a man at the business in the Liege province. Detectives believe the perpetrator, who died after the attack, may have been known to at least one of the victims. The city's mayor says the attack isn't being treated as an act of terror.
