United Kingdom Prime Minister Theresa May believes the two Russian suspects in the nerve agent attack of former spy Sergei Skirpal and his daughter Yulia worked for a Russian intelligence agency. Moscow denies it played any role in the poisoning, with the Russian foreign ministry declaring the names of the men and their photos mean ‘nothing to us.’
