[ Economics ] Open Question : Why a $500,000 house for my kid when she's 21 years old?

This is why I would put $600 out of every weekly paycheck into an account for my kid until she's 21 years old.. Because... The teenage years are critical.. Its where economic lives are built, and where economic lives are broken. With that said... The highest pay on average, received by a street punk or a failure... is around $20 an hour... in their 30s or 40s. That's the highest pay... Because of the kinds of decisions that they have a tendency to make in their lives and the penalties that come with them. They can't afford a $500,000 house or anywhere close to it. And that would put my kid in the safe zone. :)
