The United States is still negotiating with North Korea, despite reports the rogue nation executed its top nuclear negotiator. South Korean media is reporting the diplomat, Kim Hyok Chol, and four other foreign ministry officials were killed after the failed March summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
