I have Civilization IV and the Warlords expansion, and I play regularly. Just one thing I have noticed. I can play as Roosevelt, and with Warlords I can additionally play as Churchill or Stalin. But why can't I play as Hitler? He is my hero and I can't find a mod for him anywhere!
