This is for Florida. I talked to my attorney and he said all was okay with the paperwork, but I am obsessing over one thing: I was new to this and in the personal property section, I wrote down every little thing I owned. I spent 3 days on and off doing this, and even listed things like a green trash can that was mutilated by the sanitary workers. I then got my sister's old bankruptcy papers, and she did not list items such as copy paper, stapler, etc. It was a very basic list of things a trustee could sell. I struck off the list things like copy paper and a stapler. I wrote down the basics: furniture, clothing, computer, copier, etc. Is this okay? My spouse is a rat pack and I didn't want to list all the junk he dumps in the garage. Thanks.
