Back in 2013 micro-transactions where added to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag to which nobody took notice nor cared nor claimed the game was made 'artificially made longer/harder' to force you to buy micro-transactions, Assassin's Creed Odyssey releases in 2018 with the same micro-transactions and suddenly the game is 'artificially made longer/harder' to force you to buy micro-transactions. Assassin's Creed has always featured boring side quests, just because the game has micro-transactions doesn't mean the side quests are now suddenly boring to force you to buy micro-transactions. "What about Sports games" There are barely a handful of sports titles and any micro-transactions in those titles are tied to a specific type of mode to which players should expect the mode to have micro-transactions involved. So where is the evidence that the majority of current games are launched 'unfinished' or 'artificially made longer/harder' to force you to buy micro-transactions or even that there aren't many quality video games nowadays?
